Clean and dry the area
Wash the skin where you plan to apply the patch with mild soap and water. Pat it completely dry — moisture prevents proper adhesion.
Peel off the backing
Carefully remove the protective film from the patch. Avoid touching the adhesive side with your fingers to keep it clean and sticky.
Apply directly to the painful area
Place the patch firmly over the knee, joint, shoulder, or muscle where you feel pain. Press edges down gently to secure.
Wear for 8–12 hours
